The management team of STU has many years of experience in the international private equity business as well as in the successful restructuring of companies.

We invest in companies in particularly challenging situations we are confident to be able to significantly increase the company value.

• Restructuring/ insolvency cases

We preferably acquire the majority of companies or invest together with partners, for example in the context of management buy-ins or buy-outs.

The selection of companies is not dependent on the specific industry sectors, but rather on their position in each market segment.

• Proven business model and mature products 
• Operational and financial improvement opportunities
• Headquartered in Western Europe
