Our value enhancement programs aim to increase our effective impact, to strengthen the operational business sustainably and to improve cash flow significantly. An important part of every project is a 2-4 week preliminary phase (see Quick Check), in which we systematically identify the key levers and opportunities, roughly quantify them and define the first steps.

We verify and further detail the levers and opportunities in the subsequent main phase, clarify open questions and implement agreed upon measures as soon as possible. All actions shall be monitored and controlled upon request via web-based program office tools in order to guarantee tight implementation management.
