News: MS ‘Deutschland’ Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH:
On January 1, 2015, the District Court Eutin has opened insolvency proceedings over the assets of the MS “Deutschland” Beteiligungs mbH as well as the shipping company Peter Deilmann GmbH. Kiel lawyer Reinhold Schmid-Sperber was named for insolvency administrator. He has previously been provisional insolvency administrator for both proceedings.
The Common Representative of the bondholders, the STU Management Partners GmbH, represented by Stefan Ulrich, will stay in place in the opened insolvency proceedings.
An individual registration to the insolvency table by each bondholder is not required. The claims will be filed by the STU Management Partners GmbH for all bondholders.
The STU Management Partners GmbH is involved in the ongoing sales activities of the MS “Germany”. In order not to jeopardize this sales process, information on the current status will not be published until its successful conclusion – we ask for your understanding.
